My beloved mom was fondly known by all the little members of the family as Nanna Fox. She had a keen eye for that special gift. Something that, when you received it, you knew she had really thought about you and knew it would be something you would truly love.

At Nanna Fox Personalised Gifts we want to carry on that special ability to create gifts that are bespoke and unique to the person receiving them. A gift from the heart that will be treasured.

How do I personalise my gift?

Each product page shows exactly what we need, for example a name, a date, a message or a choice of character. Fill these in before you add the item to your basket and they’ll come straight through to us with your order.

Can I check my personalisation before it’s made?

Please double-check spellings and dates before ordering, as we make exactly what you type. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to change it before your gift is made.

How long will my order take?

Every gift is made to order and dispatched within 3 working days at most (each product shows its own making time). It’s then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you’ll get an email when your order is on its way.

How much is delivery?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is one simple flat-rate charge per order, shown in your basket before you pay. Items marked with free delivery (such as cards) are posted free by standard Royal Mail when ordered on their own, and travel free in your tracked parcel when ordered with anything else. Local? Choose free collection from Halifax at checkout and we’ll message you to arrange a time. We deliver within the UK only.
