This privacy policy explains how Nanna Fox Personalised Gifts (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you use this website and buy from us. We are based in Halifax, UK, and are the data controller for this information.

- Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and the personalisation details you enter (for example names, dates or messages).
- Account details: if you create an account: your name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and order history.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Technical information: basic information such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To make, personalise and deliver your order and to contact you about it (lawful basis: contract).
- To manage your account if you choose to create one (contract).
- To answer your questions (legitimate interests).
- To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
We do not sell your information, and we only send marketing emails if you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
- Stripe: processes card payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Royal Mail: receives your name and delivery address to deliver your order.
- Our website host (20i), stores the website and its data in the UK.
- Google Fonts: the website’s lettering is loaded from Google, which receives your IP address when pages load.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Account information is kept until you ask us to close your account. Contact form messages are deleted when no longer needed.
