Delivery
All orders are sent within the UK by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your parcel to the door. We charge one simple flat-rate delivery charge per order, which is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Every gift is personalised and made to order. Each product page shows how long that item usually takes to make, and every order is dispatched within 3 working days at most. Once it’s ready, it’s posted and you’ll receive an email to let you know it’s on its way.
Royal Mail delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please get in touch and we’ll help track it down.
We don’t currently offer collection, and we deliver to UK addresses only.
Free delivery on selected items
Some items, such as cards, come with free delivery. Ordered on their own, they are posted free by standard Royal Mail (this service is not tracked). If you order them with anything else, they travel free in your tracked parcel, so you only pay the one standard delivery charge.
Free local collection
Local to Halifax? Choose free collection at checkout and we’ll message you to arrange a convenient time to pick up your order.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are emailed to you as soon as your payment is confirmed, so no delivery charge applies.
Returns
Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged simply because you’ve changed your mind. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Please check spellings, names and dates carefully before placing your order, as we make exactly what you type.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we’ve made a mistake with your personalisation, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@nannafox.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Non-personalised items
If we sell any item that isn’t personalised, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first; items must be returned unused and in their original condition, and return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back.
